Job Description

About The Company
We are a globally recognized brand launching our first restaurant in North America, and we are seeking top-tier individuals to join our team. Position Overview
As a Cook, you will oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items for a specific kitchen station, and you will be responsible for menu planning, inventory and ordering for your station. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure consistency in food presentation and to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking food items according to recipes, garnishing food orders.
- Maintaining a clean workstation, following established sanitation standards.
- Managing inventory, and communicating menu and operational changes to the team.
- Handling customer inquiries regarding food suggestions, dietary restrictions, and allergies.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume establishment.
- Basic knife skills, and excellent leadership abilities.
- A valid Food Safe Level 1 certificate is required.
- A red seal certificate would be considered an asset.
- An excellent command of spoken and written English, and knowledge of a second language would be beneficial.
- Must have a solid understanding of different cuisines and food preparation methods.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 44 pounds, stand for extended periods, and bend and stoop repeatedly.
